With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, Allison has been at the forefront of operational excellence, driving transformative change and delivering exceptional results throughout her career. Her strategic vision, innovative mindset, and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned her recognition as a leader who thrives in dynamic and challenging environments.

During her considerable tenure at Bank of America, JP Morgan and Northern Trust, Allison has built teams from the ground up, and led them through periods of growth as well as periods of extreme uncertainty in some of the world economy’s most challenging periods. These experiences have enabled Allison to easily assess operating challenges and map out tactical and strategic solutions.

Allison has played a pivotal role in defining and optimizing processes with demonstrable outcomes that enhanced efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction while reducing risk and closing operational gaps. From developing streamlined workflows to implementing cutting-edge technologies, she has spearheaded initiatives that have transformed the way organizations deliver value to their clients.

Allison is certified in Agile Project Management and Lean Enterprise, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Susie Bell

Susie has over 25 years of experience in delivering coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams that provides tools for personal and professional growth, enhances leadership capabilities, and contributes to the overall success of both individuals and the organizations they lead. Additionally, Susie has extensive experience in health and wellness coaching focused on motivating behavior change, disease management, and stress management for firms, in order to foster quality, and lasting outcomes.

As a seasoned leader, Susie specializes in areas of leadership development, strategic decision-making, communication skills, team dynamics, and resilience. Her tailored coaching programs are designed to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience that drives meaningful change and results. Demonstrating a commitment to inspiring high performance, Susie has driven her team’s annual engagement rate to the 94th percentile in her industry as measured by the Gallup Q12 Survey, impacting business outcomes such as productivity, turnover, and employee wellbeing.

In addition to her team leadership, Susie is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and thought leader in the field of coaching development. Susie has managed teams of coaches and has developed, refined, and trained staff on coaching tool kits from first engagement to the appropriate program for her clients whether C-Suite or on the line leaders. Additionally, Susie designed and led the successful implementation of Centralized Tobacco Treatment Program at Indiana University Health, for which she earned the Values Leadership Award, one of IU Health’s most prestigious honors.
